Our Research.

Our team and partners have been at the forefront of music therapy and therapeutic songwriting in the UK for over 10 years. We have established numerous pilot projects in various settings including secure mental health wards as well as in the community.

We are uniquely party to a wealth of data which we use to constantly update our methodologies and working practices, improving our participant’s experiences as well as their outcomes.

We are most privileged to work with leading University research faculties. We would especially like to thank our founder member Bob Heath from the University of The West Of England and Dr. Helen Loth and her team at the Cambridge Institute for Music Therapy Research, Anglia Ruskin University.

During the Covid-19 lockdown, our partner Ray Travesso, founder of Suffolk Music Therapy Services developed a ground-breaking online session methodology , which we are proud to offer in collaboration. Please see Ray’s specialist guidance published by the British Association For Music Therapy
